These are our standard fee ranges for full-service architecture, from basic to more advanced. (DC-area only.)

The exact price of your project will be unknown until we have a design. We value letting your home’s design dictate the fees, rather than the other way around. As your design develops, so too will our understanding of your project needs.

Fees may decrease for simpler scopes of work such as unconditioned spaces (garages/porches/decks) or construction techniques such as full gut. Fees may increase for extraordinary site features and construction techniques such as underpinning, historic districts, sloping sites, or zoning variances.

These fees include construction phase participation.
