For any renovation, addition, or ADU, a survey of the existing conditions is necessary before starting the design process. We conduct measurements, take photos, and utilize a 3D scanner to document the existing conditions.

This is included as part of our Existing Conditions Services. 3D Models allow us to better understand your building and also visualize your design.

Before we start designing we need to have floor plans of the Existing Conditions. Here we can see all the spaces and can come up with alternatives for a renovation or home addition.
